“Does this model have issues with static shock? I have see reviews on other Shark Vertex Pro Cordless vacuums and one of the top complaints is getting shocked due to lack of a proper ground.”

• I have used mine almost daily .have not encountered any issues with static shock. The majority of my use is on hardwood and tile and am beyond pleased with this vacuum.

• I have used my Shark cordless for a few years without ant problem. However, now I get shocks every time I use it. I changed all filters and thoroughly cleaned it. The humidity levels haven’t changed. I think that they need a recall.

• This commonly happens with ours when we vacuum carpet. It almost makes me not want to use it because the shocks get painful.
