A:Answer TV reception over the air is very dependent on your location and in many cases the direction of the transmitting towers. I'm sure the MOHU could work, but I found it best to try a number of different antennae from different manufacturers, including some that are amplified. I had the most luck in my area on this TV with Clearstream Eclipse Amplified antenna. which is flat like the MOHU and also can be located on a wall or window. The manufacturer's description of the product says you get 50+ mile reception. I'm not sure that is realistic, but it seams to be working well for stations that are in the 15-30 mile range. My daughter also uses an antenna for a different Sharp TV and she used the GE UltraPro Stealth Indoor/Outdoor/Attic HD antenna with an amplifier added. This antenna allowed her to point it in different directions for different stations and sit it on its stand near a window which increased the number of stations she could receive.
