“I have a USB stick that has MP3 songs on it. When I plug the stick into the USB port the display says 'No Data'. Does the USB stick need to have an MP3 player app installed on it? Have tried with 3 different USB sticks of different makes and sizes.”

Hello Duke, please ensure that the USB is in the format FAT 16 or FAT 32. All songs should be in the format MP3 and not be within a folder. Kindly ensure that the USB stick is within the size 2-8GB.
