• Hello, we are very sorry to hear of this. Please ensure that the antenna is connected to the unit correctly and also to move around the antenna in order to check for signal, preferably to an open window.

• You need to use remote to set mode for radio, am or fm. On the unit itself there is a button to push for selecting the mode that you desire.
