• The included Roku remote doesn't have a 3.5mm port/jack. Easy Solutions = (1. Purchase a Roku remote that does have 3.5mm port. (2. The quickest & easiest FREE fix = Downloading free Roku App(Android/Apple) then select a TV. Now control Roku TV by phone plus use PRIVATE LISTENING with headphones. (Wired/Bluetooth) App actually comes in handy if batteries are dead or lost remote.
