Like is often the case Best Buy isn't aware of the specs of the products they are selling and have mistakes in their listings. Trust the spec sheet (but not the CSR) from the manufacturer if in doubt.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't understand how a sharp employee got this wrong, but the TV does support HDR. It is a roundabout to enable it but it is there and it works well. Maybe sharp needs to do some retraining.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The box of this 4K UHDTV says "Brilliant 4k & HDR (High Dynamic Range). Now why would Sharp lie about this? Maybe a class action suit would be in order later for "false" labeling.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It DOES support HDR 10, in some cases. Anyway, you can connect to Apple TV 4K, xbox one s/x or playstation pro with HDR option. This model does not come with Dolby Vision.
