Yes you can have it turn on to default to cable box when it turns on I have one of these and love it and my Comcast remote works with it for volume and power so you don't need 2 remotes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because this is a Roku TV. It has the cable box inside the apps. So when you turn the TV you have to select cable box from the apps. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It so far in our limited use at our cabin has been a nice TV. You must scroll to settings, then system, then power. You can choose from there which screen (or hdmi input) it starts up on. Then after that there are shorts cuts on remote that let you choose others like Netflix or Hulu. You can always hit the home button on remote to have more of a selection. Hope this helped.
