• A:Answer I believe “on display” means a display model at the store unwrapped for you to look at before buying one in a box.

• A:Answer There's a guarantee that you WILL GET a TV if you go to the store... just not THAT TV.... ESPECIALLY since someone from BEST BUY already stated in a previous answer that there will be ONLY ONE available (meaning One per Store).
