• Yes, you can download the Roku app, and as long as your phone is on the same wireless account as the TV, you can control and search from your phone. You can also cast from your phone to the TV if desired. It works very well.

• If you have the Roku app on your phone, you can control the TV. I have the 65” version and the 43” version of this TV, and both appear in the Roku app. I just tried it and was able to switch inputs as well as change the volume.
