“We've had this microwave just a little over a year and it won't heat up anymore. We've tried resetting and nothing. I've had other microwaves that have lasted up to ten years but not this one. I bought it on sale at Sam's. Any suggestions”

i have heard for a few years that sams will put small appliances back out to resell that might have been defective i've bought only3 of this brand in the last 19years and never had any problems with them loved all of them you might have got a bad one they always worked great until it was just their time to go
