- Answer Hello Ashleigh, this unit is not made to be mounted, however, it can be placed in a cabinet with 4 inches clearance all around the unit. This should not be placed over an heat source.

QuestionWhat is the literal measurement of the door from the top of the door to the bottom of the door? I know that the overall height is 12 inches but I also know there are feet on the bottom of the microwave so the door itself must be less than 12 inches.

- Answer Hello, to change the power level on the unit you can press the time cook pad, enter the amount of cooking time, press the power level pad, press the number pads for the power level 0-10 (eg. number 5 for 50% power), then press start.
