“Is there a plastic film on this microwave that needs to be removed before using? If so, how can it best be removed?? Sticker on top indicated there was an outer film that needed to be removed.”

Hello, there is a clear plastic coating around the microwave that should be removed prior to using the unit. Please use your fingers to remove the plastic as metal such as tweezers may scratch the surface of the unit. If you need further assistance please contact us at [email protected].
