Yes, you can return the microwave/convection oven to the store if you purchased it on line. I did when mine arrived damaged, and another one arrived within a few days without any further problems.

I bought it online. I’m 75 years old and cannot hold a microwave. Why would they lie. They brought over a new one but refused to pick the old one up after giving two fake dates they were coming. Why lie.? Should I just leave the damaged one in the basement until they pick it up as promised?
