“Received Sharp Carousel countertop microwave yesterday. The clock display light doesn't stay lit when the microwave is not in use. Is this normal? Is there a way to have it stay on 24/7? I use it as my kitchen clock.”

• Mine stays on - unplug it and refer to the owner's manual on setting the clock.

• Hello, it is normal for the colon to blink on the unit, however, the time on the display will not always remain on the display. The time will be displayed for a short period of time when the clock button is selected or when the door is open, the heat time is finished, ect.
