A:AnswerI haven't used it abroad but I will tell you the hot spot is limited repeat the hotspot is limited. It only took me 6 hours one time two hours another with simple mobile getting hung up on four times. Being on the phone with Vizio twice over 45 minutes both times and then again with Roku for over 2 hours tonight. Finally called simple Mobile back and the first girl told me it was because I used up my hotspot well it doesn't say that anywhere but you better watch it with the hotspot cuz it'll stop working.

A:AnswerWhile I have not had a need to connect a TV, I have used this device to connect a Samsung Galaxy Phone, a laptop, a Macbook and an iPad. You just turn on your wifi option on the devices and find the Moxie as a Wifi source - connect and enter the password - which is available on the Moxie screen via the menu.
