• Yes, the Outdoor Camera is able to pick up smaller creatures like that. Though you can also enable People Only Mode to ignore them completely.

• Yes. So the neighboring business has a little teacup chihuahua and one it comes into frame, the camera picks it. Now granted, if the camera is facing more outward, and the fox is out in the distance, it may not but I granted I'm not using the camera in that aspect.
