• Yes, it uses any PIN you have assigned to your SimpliSafe system. You can add additional user PINs that can only unlock to door and disarm the alarm - those PINs can't access system setting from a keypad. It's very easy to delete these additional user pins. I do wish that SimpleSafe had a "restricted app" option so that I could allow others to use the app to arm/disarm and lock/unlock without giving them access to my entire account settings. Unfortunately, to install the app, you have to give it full account-level access.
