“Can this lock be used as only a stand alone loc?. Note, i don't want the base, nor a subscription. I Just want to know if it works with out a wifi connection?”

• This lock is designed to work with a SimpliSafe base station (you don't need a subscription). If you just need a standalone lock, there are plenty of other brands to choose from, like Yale.

• The SimpliSafe Smart Lock is a component for the Gen 3 SimpliSafe system, and cannot work as a standalone unit.
