Yes got mine today and it does come with 2 other colors (black) and like a (light olive).

Yes it does include 3 different color faceplates, cloud (white), jade (light green), and obsidian (black). I just bought this doorbell yesterday from Best Buy.

Yes. I just purchased one and it has the 3 plates. I was told by simplisafe that's an exclusive to Best buy and all of the units purchased from them should have the 3 plates.

I believe the versions sold through Best Buy include the 3 plates; on the SimpliSafe website, apparently not.

I am not sure if its a limited time deal; more like an "Exclusive to BB" deal.

Yes it does have 3 faceplates. One is silver (on it when you get it), a black one and a greenish one.
