The Singing Machine would like to Thank You for taking the time to submit your question about the SMM-107 Wireless Unidirectional Dynamic Microphone. First you want to make sure to insert 1) active DC 9-V battery into the slot located in the back of the receiver pack. Then plug the receiver pack into either Mic 1 Or Mic 2 jack on your karaoke machine. Make sure both microphone and receiver pack are turned to the ON position. Adjust the Master Volume and Microphone Volume Control (if available) to a comfortable level. We hope this information is helpful to you.
