Our wireless microphones are primarily intended to be used with our Singing Machine products, but many customer use them with their personal electronics. To address your question, your BOSE speaker will need to support a Microphone Jack 6.3mm. It will not work in an Audio Out, or LINE IN jack. You will have to check your BOSE speaker features or ask the Manufacture to see if it will support the microphone. We hope this information is helpful to you.
