This radio says online comes with a 3 months of xm radio service. How do you get it? We just signed up for a 12 month subscription and the additional 3 months have not been added to the phone ID#. No instructions came in radio box when shipped either. null

Call up Siris and explain your situation. We have had siris for years but every once in awhile you have to straighten them out. It normally doesn't take to long on the phone and make sure you get the 3 free months.

We had to call XM amd set up as a new account, they give you the first 3 months free and then at the end of it you can either cancel or buy a subscription.
