“Has anyone had any issues with it randomly turning back on? Every day when I exit my car I turn it off. After just a few hours If I go back to the car it’s on, and it’s not turning on as I approach the car either. Because it’s already fully booted up.”

Your vehicles power port turns off when the vehicle shuts off for a brief moment then turns back on this is seen on more recent vehicles. You may have to unplug your device. Or if you vehicle has the option to turn off the power port or put it to sleep after a certain amount of time please consult your vehicles owners manual.
