Yes and no. The SXM Tour will pair and connect to the Ford Sync 4 so you can play satellite audio through your Sync 4 over Bluetooth. But the Tour won't integrate to your Sync 4 like an original factory Satellite radio does. The Ford's steering wheel controls won't be able to change channels or scroll through presets on the Tour.
