“Does the sound come thru both sides and can you adjust the volume? I have two other headphones and both pairs the sound only come thru one side and I cannot adjust the volume. I need to use them on my landline phone when I'm working.”

Yes, both ears produce sound. Volume can be adjusted via the buttons on the side. However, I wouldn’t recommend them as a work headset. The over ear headphones have an excellent sound but get a bit uncomfortable if you’re wearing them all day. Also, the mic isn’t great. I’ve had a lot of coworkers have difficulty hearing me.
