“I just bought these for my son to take to the gym, fist time using them he is complaining about them cutting in and out while doing sit-ups. He says any pressure on the small block at the middle causes them to stop. Why would this be happening.”

That happens with every single wireless headphones at least I have had the same problem with diferent wireless headphones.
