Thanks for reaching out and choosing Skullcandy. When Connecting a new device to your TV, even if it is the same model as before, you will still need to go into the settings on your tv. I would reccomend reaching out to best buy for assistance with the settings on your tv. When it comes to bluetooth pairing issues on the headphone itself, we have some great "how-to" instructional videos on the help tab of Skullcandy.com.
