• Yes the Slingbox M1 will work with a Tivo Mini. The Tivo Mini has Component/RCA output ports and cables that are specially designed for it's smaller size which are compatible with the Slingbox M1.

• No, the TiVo mini is HDMI only and the M1 does not have an HDMI connection. You should try the slingbox 500.

• If it has hdmi, rca or component outputs then it will work. Component is best for the sling.
