Two different people could access Slingbox at the same time if they were both not watching live tv. Only one person at a time can access live tv at one time. For ease of channel guide and selection, I often watch tv through my Slingbox via Fire TV, but access the tuner functions on my iPad to select channels since it duplicates the my home remote.

No, if the second person connects it will ask if you wish to kick off the first person. If you are kicked off you can then kick off the person who booted you.

No. If one person logs in, the other will be blocked, or you can disconnect them.

Slingbox is a 1:1 user ratio. The manager of the account can give away his/her username and password for others to access. However, only one person can view or access the Slingbox at any given moment.
