can you get local channels in your package? null

it is not a package. what i have is a box that connects to the master cable box. you then log into it from your computer or tablet or phone and you have access to the remote control to your tv and can watch whatever you watch at home from where ever you are. slingbox does have something called sling tv but i dont know anything about that
