is the dishwasher hard wired or plug in null

can you put in a plugged in dishwasher in, if a hard wired one is in there now and is a kitchenaid model # KUDS301VWH2 hardwire or plug in? How can I find out? There is a plug under the sink and a hole in the cabinet for a plug.

Kit comes with instructions for both hard wire and plug installation. My dishwasher was plug

I can't tell, but I expect that it is hard-wired. There is a dedicated circuit breaker for it.

You wire it up yourself. So if you turn off your breaker and have a hard wire you can install it that way. It does not come with a power plug but you can get the kit to install it that way

The install kit came with a 6 foot electrical line and it did have it set up to plug into the wall which is what I needed.
