• You have to buy the plug kit almost all new dishwashers are like that.

• the power cord id an optional item. I think the plug in cord should be included.

• That is my question as well? How about include those one dollar/pack loops from Lowes to save me 5 dollars in gasoline and frustration? Why a customer buying an electric operating unit require him/her buy a power cord?! This is a house hold product, for God's sake.
