“When Installing the garden hose elbow how tight does it need to be? I get it on as tight as it can go but the the elbow part still turns and is not tight.”

• Be sure that the included rubber washer is in place . Then, hand tight (careful not to cross thread the fitting) and perhaps a quarter turn (but no more) with a suitable plier or wrench.

• The end fittings are still adjustable. As long as you have pipe dope on the Threads (Teflon tape if you use what’s in the kit) then tighten with two wrenches. Good to go.
