Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Current national code requires GFIs for all outlets in the kitchen. (A dishwasher requires a dedicated line and circuit -per code). The recently updated code also requires a "shutoff" device within sight of kitchen appliances of over 300 watts. On the current Bosch and Thermador dishwashers, you will have to attach a grounded plug to the included power cord to use with your existing outlet.
