No it does not. It comes with a flexible hose and a clamp

I'm not sure how to describe the connections from and to our old dishwasher, nor did the installer know the details before arriving. All I can say is that the kit was sufficient for him to do the job. Looking at the resulting plumbing, it seem just about the same as the plumbing for the old unit.
