To preserve the durability of concrete, we advise against using excessive amounts of this product, as it may lead to issues such as flaking, scaling, chipping, or cracking. Specifically, we recommend refraining from using this product on pre-cast concrete steps, pre-cast masonry walks or steps, poor-quality concrete, brick, or concrete that is less than 1 year old. These types of concrete are more vulnerable to potential damage, and even concrete aged over 1 year may still be susceptible.
