Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced great customer support from this company along with benefiting from their generous two-year warranty on this sprayer. The manual recommended using only their charger (a USB cable and a plug). I have several of these plugs and none of them said Sun-Snow Joe, so I went online to contact customer support to clarify what their plug looked like. I had to first register the product (easy). Then from their registration page I was able to start a chat session (calling is also an option or email, I think). For free, they sent me a replacement charging unit. My sprayer still did not charge so I again contacted customer support. They are sending a new unit. Again for free.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would begin by recharging the battery. If it still doesn't work, verify your charger is outputting the correct voltage and if it is then have this serviced. If it's out of the warranty period then yes, dispose of it properly and purchase another one is what I would do. $30 for this shouldn't mean you spend $50 to fix it. The battery should last several years; store this inside for the winter so the battery doesn't freeze.
