When I use it, I don’t go over 20 minutes. If you go over that, you’ll definitely end up having very sensitive teeth and that would make you right not want to use the product anymore. When I use the product in the evening, in the morning, you can definitely notice a difference. When I first started using it, I did use it a few days in a row, but never did it after that because you don’t need to this product. Can last a long time if It’s spaced out and maybe drink your tea or coffee out of a straw ;)
