“I would like to run just the 6 satellite speakers (no sub) to the one sonos amp in parallel. Would this be an acceptable ohm load for the sonos amp?! (Idea is to use the sub with an addtl 3rdparty {sub} amplifier)”

To achieve the proper output the system really needs to have all satellites and the subwoofer installed together as outlined in the Instruction Manual.
