“Mine were installed yesterday and today when it rained they automatically turned off. Is this normal? I had Best Buy installed these.”

Hi, Thanks for reaching out! It's not normal for your MAG6.1 system to turn off just because it rained. The speakers are designed for outdoor use and are weather-resistant.
