As previously mentioned if your TV supports ARC and Dolby Digital Plus (DD+) then you will have compressed ATMOS (I.e. pretty much all streaming services that offer Dolby ATMOS utilize this format. A TV with EARC and that can process Dolby TrueHD is required to hear uncompressed ATMOS (I.e. UHD disc players).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Oddly it has one HDMI on the bar. To get full atoms out of the bar it will depend on make, model & age of your TV. E-arc has been out for a while. Keep in mind that there are some movies with no appreciable atoms, while others may be a scene here or there, while others it's can be an excellent audio production like "john Vick 2 and 3 " series. If your TV does not support it, ( some DVD players do! )you will still get an excellent rendition of sound quality and Sonos functionality for music

As with Sonos’s other products, Arc can also be combined with the firm’s wireless sub and a pair of rear speakers."
