Hi, and thank you for your question! In the box included you'll find: Arc, Power Cable, HDMI Cable, Optical Audio Adapter, Quickstart Guide, and Legal Booklet.

That's about it as far as what's included with package. The SONOS is heavily dependent on the 'newer' version of its phone app. It may take a minute to get use too, but it is a good app that will tidy things up for you. There is no 'remote.' The phone app is a remote substitute.

No remote, just the app which you download to your phone. The manual that it comes with is very basic, but it doesn't need to be complex as the setup is a snap.
