“Will this sound bar work w/my tv that only has: HDMI Input (#1, #2, #3 ) & Digital Audio Output (1 jack) & Audio Output (only says "audio output" - no numbers) & Audio Output "Left" & "Right"? If so which connection(s) do I use & are cables included?”

It has a plug adapter that is square that goes on the end of the hdmi cable that I believe may be the digital audio. Or a hdmi audio extractor may work too. Take a picture of the tv plugs and bring it with you to Best Buy geek squad.
