“We just connected the Sonos Beam to our Samsung smart TV. However, we now seem to be unable to access our DVD player which we used prior to the Sonos Beam addition. It is a plain DVD player and is not connected via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. How do we fix?”

• Hi, and thank you for reaching out with a question. The Beam should be plugged into HDMI Arc or eArc ports and DVD should be plugged into a different HDMI port.
