• You can turn off the Alexa feature and you can also turn off the mics.

• You can disable the voice option for Alexa or you can switch to Google Assistant if you prefer that.

• The Sonos One (Gen 2) functions as a music speaker without Alexa being linked or set up. The Sonos One SL is the same speaker internally but doesn't have a microphone in the product which is a good way to get a Sonos speaker without voice as well!
