That depends on where your seating is relative to the tv and the sound-bar. But the beauty of Sonos is that you can use Trueplay. Put them where it is convenient, and then use your iPhone to let Sonos tune them using Trueplay!

If you're using them as rear speakers with one of our soundbars then there are many factors that could determine where you put them.
