Yes it can. It will ask you if you want music from a provider...or from your device.

As far as I know (and I have the Playbar 5.1 into my UHD Sony 4K TV plus Play:1 's in multiple other rooms) the only way to get music from a computer into the SONOS directly is to point SONOS to a networked folder containing digital audio (I use a WD MyBook DUO as my iTunes library and point to the iTunes media library from SONOS and can play my music). I know of no way to stream directly from a youtube session on a PC. If you find a way let me know!
