throw it away. this thing doesn't work. won't charge. won't do anything

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue. Spent a couple hours on the phone with Sonos over a 2 day period. Just for them to say sorry, your a couple months outside the 1yr warranty and we cant help you. I paid $240 for mine, used it maybe a dozen times, it still looks like its brand new, but now its dead. $240 down the drain while my wife's $30 walmart speaker is still working for years. Such a disappointment.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. Looks like even the companies claiming to sell quality products are also basically cheap ones. Thats why its so tough to choose any brand thats not so mainstream. I wish i chose UE instead of sonos, back then.
