No. No PlayStation cards can be returned. Digital or physical.

if the card has not yet been redeemed i would suggest starting an online chat with customer service. normally these kinds of cards can't be returned once it's been activated (i.e. the code on the card can't be redeemed until you purchase it from bb) but it never hurts to ask. otherwise why not sell it to someone who would use it?
