“I'm connected to Sony xbr-65x930E tv. I had sound for 1 day via tv then I connected my phone to the soundbar. Now I can not get the soundbar to work with tv. I have disconnected bluetooth, factory reset soundbar, unplugged tv/bar and changed hdmi cable”

1- Make sure you connected the hdmi cable to the arc in your tv and speaker. 2- Use the remote control to change in between sources. (The bar remote byw) 3- There is no need to factory reset. If you do happen to continues to experience issues there are Youtube.com videos that show people showing you how to use it. If all else fails contact Sony because if is new and you register your brand new device they can provide support but the bar is amazing.
